Evolving Education
one small step at the time

Invite and involve the audience

24/7/2016

When I work with Values, I tell the story up to a decision point and invite the audience to discuss in pairs what decision they might make; and why.

In a live story-telling, the discussion about why is at least as important as the story itself.

It's fun to ask the audience what Values they think I might have - based on their casual observations of me in action. I offer a choice from three possible values at the time (at least one is strong with me) and invite them to write down which one they think is most true and important for me, Most of the time they are right! Then we can talk about transparency, honesty, authenticity etc. It's a nice lead in.

    The Author

    I am a teacher, a business-owner, a public speaker, a coach and an author.

Yes I'm a bit of a politician and a preacher too!

My Mission is to play a major part in supporting the education system in taking its next evolutionary step, becoming self-evolving rather than self-preserving.
